Pravesh Narwal, the esteemed founder and lead teacher of Fitfortunes Holistic Yoga and Sound Healing School, brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for yoga to his teachings. His inspiring journey from the field of orthopaedic rehabilitation to the realm of yoga is a testament to his dedication and commitment to helping others achieve holistic well-being.

With a background of 16 years as an assistant orthotist in the orthopaedic rehab unit of a renowned health university, Pravesh witnessed firsthand the The profound and life-altering effects of yoga. in promoting physical healing, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Motivated by this realization, he made the bold decision to follow his heart and pursue a career in yoga, aiming to share its incredible benefits with others.

Our Holistic Wellness Coach and Sound Healer, Devesh Narwal, uses the power of sound waves to help people heal. Devesh knows a lot about many different types of wellness practices. He also helps people fix their breathing habits, which creates a sense of balance and harmony.
